Enchanted Bloom LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can make us stop. Short version: we collect very little, we sell none of it, and you can leave whenever you like.

What we collect

Email addresses. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email you give us. Sign-up requires your confirmation, so nobody can add you without your say-so.

Messages you send us. If you use our contact form or email us directly, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

Basic site data. Our website and hosting provider collect standard technical information, like pages visited and browser type. This is aggregate data used to understand traffic. It doesn't identify you personally.

What we do with it

We send you our newsletter. That's the main event. We may occasionally reply to your messages. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise hawk your information to anyone.

Email tracking disclosure

Our newsletter platform (beehiiv) uses tracking technology in emails, which can report whether you opened a message and what you clicked. We use this to learn what readers enjoy, not to surveil anyone. If that bothers you, unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Who else sees your data

Our newsletter is delivered through beehiiv. Our website is hosted on Squarespace. These providers process your information on our behalf to deliver the services. Their own privacy policies apply on their platforms: beehiiv and Squarespace. We do not share your information with anyone else, except if the law makes us.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until we close up shop.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe anytime. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email contact@enchantedbloomnm.com to be removed.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like GDPR or CCPA, including the right to request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll sort it out promptly.

Children

Our site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we'll remove them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. If we make meaningful changes, we'll note the new date here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
